Mobile Peer-to-peer Frequency-hopping Communications
نویسنده
چکیده
The potential pe~ormance of mobile peer-to-peer frequencyhopping communication systems in multiple-access networks is studied. Through analysis and simulation, the effects of Rayleigh fding, shadowing, spectral splattec the number offiequency channels, spatial diversity, and thermal noise are examined.

As the fast development of Bluetooth networks and wireless communications, the mobile devices share information with each other easier than ever before. However, the handy communication technology accompanies privacy and security issues. Nowadays, a Bluetooth adopts peer-to-peer and Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) mechanisms to avoid data reveal, but the malicious attacks collect the t...
متن کاملMobile Peer-to-peer Communications: an Overview
Mobile peer-to-peer (P2P) communications refers to communications services enabled by P2P technologies. Two alternatives for deploying mobile P2P communications services were considered: the open standard draft for the P2PSIP and some mobile variants of the proprietary Skype service. The main benefit of both is the elimination of most centralized components in the communications network resulti...
متن کاملOptical Repeater Assisted Visible Light Device-to-Device Communications
Device-to-device (D2D) communication is considered a promising technique to provide wireless peer-to-peer communication services. Due to increasing demand on mobile services, available spectrum for radio frequency (RF) based communications becomes scarce. Recently, visible light communications (VLC) has evolved as a high speed wireless data transmission technology for indoor environments with a...
متن کاملA Platform and Applications for Mobile Peer-to-Peer Communications
The peer-to-peer service has entered the public limelight over the last few years. Several research projects are underway on peer-to-peer technologies, but no definitive conclusion is currently available. Comparing to traditional serverclient technology on the Internet, the peer-to-peer technology has capabilities to realize highly scalable, extensible and efficient distributed applications. At...
